Can you say shiner?

R first shiner!!! If you can see it, it's his right eye. He put his eye into a chair for some reason. Kids seem to be resilient to pain and brushed it off after a few seconds of comfort. Actually the story is that J was getting him down from his booster after eating oatmeal and J not wanting to get oatmeal on him got R down from his booster away from him (J) and that's when R bent forward and bumped his eye. What a silly boy. It was tough getting him to close his eyes for a picture. But, I prevailed. Hopefully it's the only black eye he'll ever get but who knows? He's a boy.
